The philosophy of personalised skincare has been with Ella Baché from the very beginning.

Created by Madame Baché in Paris, 1936, a revolutionary cosmetic chemist who believed just as we are genetically different, the same holds true of our skin. Her skincare philosophy was based on the belief that "because no two skins are alike", every client’s skin is uniquely individual.

Her immense passion for skin care has laid the foundations for who Ella Baché are today. Ella Baché carried forward Madame Baché’s philosophy of individual skin care, to provide individual skin solutions so you get exactly what your skin needs to restore it to perfection.

Spongebob's Clever Cousin

I'm a huge fan of trying out new things to clean pizza grease off my face after a weekend of binging Netflix and eating my body weight in snacks. I always thought sponges were better suited for makeup application, as opposed to removing it, but I am a total convert. Move over muslin cloths, Spongebob's clever cousin is now a staple in my cleansing routine.
It's a fantastic price point, and makes it just as easy to replace these every so often. They clean easily, retain their shape and are gentle on the skin. I pair mine with a cream cleanser from Alpha H, or Ella Bache's Lait Enrichi Requin cleansing milk.

Better Lait Than Never

Admittedly, the first time I used this product, I was petsitting, and at the mercy of whatever products were in the owner's shower. Luckily for me, the owner has great taste, and potentially was doubling as an Ella Bache representative. I couldn't get into this cleanser at all. It left residue on the skin, and I didn't feel like it was really getting into the pores. She encouraged me to try it again, but using the Ella Bache sponges to take the product off afterwards.
It was a revelation.
Next, I moved onto the ultimate test - removing makeup. The cleansing milk was fantastic in getting rid of my skin's impurities and actually helped to balance out my skin. I'm giving it one star less on account of the fact that you do need to have a washer, cloth, or sponges to really see the full benefits - which sometimes is not easy when travelling. But ultimately, a great product.

Heckin good

The French are usually an authority on skin care, and for good reason. I purchased this product 10 months ago, and still have more than half a tube left. I'm rare to the old pimple, but when those uninvited strangers decide to Air B'n'B on my face, I quickly evict them with a tiny amount of this cream using a cotton swab. It dries them out, has anti-bacterial qualities, and reduces redness. Which counteracts the rest of the redness on my face from anger, when I hear my neighbour playing Pitbull loudly from their TV.
It's also phenomenal on ingrown hairs, and any burns or cuts. However, will not heal a broken heart. But, will make your heart sing when you see the results.
