Perfect for my skin
This is my favourite powder! It is the only product I've used that hasn't left me looking cakey or patchy after foundation and concealer. Lasts me a long time and is defiantly worth the money.
  1. Perfect for my skin

This is my favourite powder! It is the only product I've used that hasn't left me looking cakey or patchy after foundation and concealer. Lasts me a long time and is defiantly worth the money.
  2. Holy grail loose powder!

I am 45 and this powder is a must! It is super finely-milled and blurs large pores and sets make-up beautifully. Will definitely be sticking with this!
  3. Perfected Powder!

I don't really like wearing powder as I prefer a dewy look over a matte look but when the weather gets too hot I need a good powder. This is perfect, doesn't affect the colour of my foundation and also doesn't leave me looking chalky or too powdery! My make up also stays on better than with any other powder I have tried
  4. Top Notch Translucent Powder!

I've never been a fan of powders, because I feel like once I set my base it shows my pores, uneven texture, dry patches etc. I've just never tried a powder that doesn't emphasise the bad bits or disturb my foundation and concealer. I decided to give this one a crack due to all the hype, and the hype exists for a reason!

It just sets everything and doesn't disturb all the work you've already done. It doesn't emphasise pores, fine lines or any texture.

It just sets your face in place so you can go about your day!
  5. super soft and natural finish

I don't use this powder every day, but I love it for setting my face when I need my makeup to last. Some days I just use it for the undereye and t-zone, and it performs so well. It's so soft on the face and the finish is very natural. Love it and will repurchase again and again!
  6. Fabulous setting powder for a non caked face

I really love this powder, it doesn’t settle into my fine lines and gives me a lasting smooth look all day long.
  7. Blurring effect!

I love this powder to set my foundation, it doesn't alter the colour of my foundation at all. It has the most amazing blurring effect so you look flawless in photo's and no flashback! No snapchat filters needed with this beauty. Goes on amazingly with the velour puff as well. Don't wait like I did, just buy it! Also, it's a great size for the price too.
  8. Meets up to the cult status

Absolutely love this product to bake under my eye area and set my entire face!
It doesn't give flash back or alter your foundation colour!
This product is a bit pricey and hard to come by but thankfully with after pay and adore beauty, it arrived on my door step the day after I had ordered it and I can pay it off over time!
  9. Converted

I’ve been a big lover of RCMA No Colour Powder for a long time now, so even through all the hype around the Laura Mercier Translucent powder, I’ve never swayed.
But there has been a few instances that I’ve found I haven’t been 100% happy with the RCMA, so I thought, fork it, I’ll try the LM Translucent and Omg I’m so mad I waited this long.
It’s so fine and SOOOOO soft, I couldn’t stop touching my skin after applying. It sets the foundation so amazingly and doesn’t inhibit the colour whatsoever. Great matte finish or with a spritz of Fix + looks like amazingly hydrated skin. So so so happy with this purchase
  10. Coverage isn't it's key selling point

If you're looking for something to help mattify and lock your makeup in place, this powder works a dream. It feels like cashmere on your face. However, if you have acne scars and you want something that can do both things as well as provide some coverage, you might need a pressed powder. Coverage isn't it's key selling point. Four stars for doing it's job, just not for me.
  11. In LOVE

Heard and read so may good things about this translucent powder and was so excited to try it when I received it as a sample.

This is the best powder I have tried! I have combination skin, oily t zone and dry in other areas, and this keeps my skin matte but doesn't make my dry skin flakey.

This is my staple go to!
  12. Believe the hype

I'm one of nature's skeptics, I'm not usually prone to buying something just because everyone is talking about it.

My skin is normal/somewhat combination - I usually go hard on moisturisers because I'm prone to flakey skin, which means that often my t-zone is oily by end of day. I also hate the way powders look, so I tend to not powder if I can help it. Lately I've been using a powder foundation in my t-zone, and setting it with a mist. The look is exactly what I want, but I'm also very lazy.

I like this powder a lot! It's actually a very natural satin finish, and doesn't emphasise dryness. It means I can use a really hydrating BB cream and just set the t-zone, and I'm not oily all day. It doesn't stay the same all day, but it does break down to something natural looking. In fact it probably looks nicer by end of day, if anything. I was worried it wouldn't be translucent on my skin but it is.

Overall - really can't fault this product!
  13. Perfection.

This powder is like silk on my face. It seems to get rid of imperfections that other loose and pressed powders don't. One of the best products in makeup I have used.
  14. The ultimate translucent powder

I was obsessed with my face of australia powder UNTIL i tried the Laura mercier powder!! No flash back and always leaves my face flawless. I will not be going to any other translucent powder until I find something better which probably won't be for a long time
  15. Porcelain skin

It has a very nice smell and you don't need much to set your foundation, it appears to smooth your skin and pores and doesn't settle into lines but after a few hours it tends to get a little oily on the T-zone used in conjunction with Kat Von D lock it foundation
  16. LOVE

So glad I decided to take the plunge and invest in this powder before wasting my money on other average powders. New holy grail, sets concealer so well, I find using a damp Beauty Blender works best, feels like the powder melts seamlessly onto my skin and into the cream base, haven't seen a crease under my eyes or in my laugh lines since. Product brushes away very easily and doesn't disturb the base. Even water or steam doesn't budge the finished look with up to 18 hours wear- however my skin is on the drier side. No dreaded flashback in photos... And a handy tip- using a hydrating or setting spray will make this powder look absolutely flawless, no familiar powdery cakey finish (my favourite is the Marc Jacobs ReCover coconut mist). Would highly recommend this powder to anyone!!
  17. Holy grail, used everyday

I use this to set my foundation all over, Its definitely a high quality product. It helps my makeup stay very well the whole day!
  18. Fantastic for my oily skin!

I love this setting powder as it helps with oil control. It's easy to bake with and sets my makeup perfectly. My makeup stays matte longer. I'd highly recommend it.
  19. Favourite!

This is a really great powder - it never looks chalky, doesn't cause the dreaded flash-back in photos. You need very little product so it lasts forever & it works well with any foundation.
  20. Amazing

Best setting powder I have used so far. No flash back (YAY!), and doesn't crease when setting/baking under my eyes. A little goes a long way so totally worth the price too.
  21. Holy grail of the holy grails

If u want to look perfect flawless and beautiful buy this!
  22. It's okay...

I love high end makeup so the price is not the issue, but I used this everyday to bake my undereye and set my face and it did a nice job...but the same job as cheaper setting powders. I couldn't tell the difference between this powder and a cheapo one I got from Kmart on sale so for this reason I can't justify the $50 price difference when it did the very same job!
  23. I use it everyday

At first I was like "errr I dunno if this even does anything more then any other powder" But I was wrong... which is good because it would have been an expensive mistake.
If applied with a damp sponge it just disappears, in a good way.
I absolutely think it works to help keep my oily nose at bay. Its not a miracle worker but anyone with an oily nose knows theres no such thing. This is an important puzzle piece of my routine now.
If you know you need to use a setting powder but hate the thought of looking powdery give this a go. I use MAC fix + after and a setting spray and honestly you can't tell I have even powdered It looks totally natural in that make up way.
  24. OMG!

This powder is a god send! I have oily skin and this powder works a treat. My makeup stays all day even though i do get a slight bit of oil coming through its nothing like i had before where my makeup with just disappear or i will have to reapply powder constantly. I use it for baking under my eyes and points where i get really oily and it helps so much. Yes its expensive but so worth it!!
  25. Amazing first impression

I purchased this product to bake my undereye area for my sister's wedding. I used it in conjunction with the Too Faced Born This Way undereye conealer which worked perfectly. There was no flashback, it prevented creasing (which I always have problems with) and it lasted the whole day for more than 14 hours. I can see what the hype is about!
